A gathering for people who have had to start over...making it work on your own as you rebuild and move forward in life with your children.
Life doesn't always follow in the direction you expect when you start a family. Sometimes you find yourself in a situation where you have to start again. Divorce, death, an amicable parting of ways, whatever the reason, you now find yourself parenting alone and you are faced with many new challenges.
This group provides a safe place where we can conquer our fears, share our experiences and triumphs through the most difficult times, and hopefully build a new network and concept of family. Whether you are at the beginning of your journey, trying to figure out how to make everything work, or the seasoned veteran who has found a new partner and is trying on a new family structure, you are welcome here.
Due to the nature of this group, it is requested that children not be present during discussion. If you are unable to find childcare during this time but would like to attend, please let us know in advance.
