Christin Lott

Educated and employed as a scientist, Christin never guessed that she would later become a passionate advocate of natural childbirth. After her first son’s birth in a hospital she knew there must be another way to give birth. Her next two children were born gently at the birth center and she could no longer deny her passion for everything birth related. She hopes as a CAB member that she can educate the community about the birth center and the choice they provide to expectant women. She is also an avid crafter always on the lookout for her next project. Knitting, sewing, soaping, cooking, and reading fill her time when she is not chasing around her three children. On any given Saturday you can find her and her husband cheering on their alma mater, the Louisiana State University Tigers. Community Advisory Board, 2010 - present
